He's finnished finally, apart from slight things that aren't really noticeable i need to put something on his eyes to make them shiney and his wings need permenantly attaching.


His body is made completely out of clay, each scale was individually placed then coloured with some red iron oxide. His wings are fabricated out of a wire armature and three layers of material that were melted slightly with a heat gun then some paint and fabric dye to darken them.

He is about a foot and half tall i think, i dunno he is sat in my mums lounge atm so i cant check lol.

And yeah me and my friends were sat for hours rolling tiny balls of clay then squishing them onto him. Some of them fell off during the baking but i think it adds to the effect.
